Event registration privacy notice

SBCF uses the information submitted through this registration form to organize the event, communicate event information, manage cultural participation, and check registered guests in at the venue.

Information collected

We may collect the primary contact's name, email address and phone number, attendee names and registration categories (age 12+, below 12, or student), selected activities, event notes, registration and payment verification status, payment reference, amount received, and check-in time.

Who can access it

Access should be limited to authorized SBCF organizers who need the information for this event. The organizer should configure access to the linked Google Sheet accordingly.

Retention

SBCF should keep registration data only as long as needed for event administration and any legitimate follow-up, then delete or anonymize it according to the organization's data-retention policy.
